THE CRISPIEST POTATOES YOU’LL EVER TRY! 🤯 🥔🔥 Oven-Baked Potatoes with Creamy Garlic Sauce 📝 Ingredients For the potatoes: * Potatoes — 1 kg * Salt — to taste * Potato seasoning — to taste * Spices — to taste * Olive oil — 2–3 tbsp For the sauce: * Sour cream — 2 tbsp * Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp * Garlic — 2 cloves * Fresh dill — to taste 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Prepare the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. 2. Parboil the potatoes. Place the potatoes in boiling salted water and cook until partially tender (about 7–10 minutes). Drain the water. 3. Add the seasonings. Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray. Add salt, spices, potato seasoning, and olive oil. Mix well. 4. Bake. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
