This has to be the wildest Claude use case I’ve ever seen. You can now have Claude reply to every single one of your Instagram DMs for you, and turn every person who messages you into an actual follower. It’s done through @manychat, which is officially approved by Meta. Here’s how to set it up in about 2 minutes: 1. In Manychat, go to Settings → Integrations 2. Paste in your Claude API key 3. Build an automation that fires on any DM or comment 4. Add an action block and pick Claude 5. Write out exactly who you are, what you do and how you want it talking to people Step 5 is the part that actually makes the difference. Here’s the trick: Before anyone gets the thing you promised them, have it check whether they’re following you. If they’re not, it asks them to follow first, then sends the resource. Now every DM you get is a chance at a new follower. #ManychatPartner

I used to ask myself this every time I caught my reflection. My hair was so fried it snapped when I brushed it, I hid it in buns and hats for months, and I honestly believed I’d ruined it forever. Healing it wasn’t one big moment. It was slow and boring and so frustrating, and there were so many nights I almost cut it all off. But to the girl crying in the bathroom mirror asking if it would ever be healthy again, the answer was yes. It just took patience and learning to be gentle with it instead of trying to fix it overnight. If you’re in that stage right now please keep going. It gets better ❤️
