One of my classmates in my psychology class was a 58 yr old airforce veteran and we had a group project about things that get overlooked by media and people and he chose ‘school shooting’. All we had to do was make a PowerPoint but he also took the liberty to write a 2-3 page essay on ‘how the news media is picking and choosing what they Think is important to show instead of what we need to know’ There were 5 of us in a group 1 never communicated and dropped the class, 2 did nothing, me and him had to do everything. Final grade was a 97

That don’t really matter tho. If anything then hearing about how you had it is just as interesting if not better to hear than their story because sometimes people aren’t really trying to relieve their own pain and suffering. Maybe hearing your story will make them hopefully about their own future and or future of their kids if they want to or have some.
