@mrlea007: October 28th | Road Safety commander petitioned 19 months after carrying out Grievous Gross Misconduct, Extreme Abuse of Office, dehumanization, threat to life and other allegations. The commander while giving his testimony in court two weeks ago claimed that the viral video of their patrol van with a badly worn out Tyre was ai generated by Mr Lee last year. He also claimed that he was never sanctioned, never fined, never faced any penalty from the Corp Marshal. This brings the public to a realization that the FRSC lacks accountability and has no dignity as the establishment is based on lies and deciet to the public. With the help of a lawyer that has been dedicated to ensuring the preservation of justice on this case, i Waited 19 months before taking any legal action against the said commander because i wanted himself and his officers to established all their stories, facts and evidences in court where it would be available to the general public, before taking any Legal action against them. Now their words are not even strong enough to defend their actions. Their stories, facts and evidences have been inconsistent and baseless. Now it is THEIR WORDS AGAINST THEIR WORDS while we sit back and watch the courts play their parts in ensuring that justice is continuously preserved in the sunshine state.
