But what do you do when your barista texts you at 7am every morning paragraphs telling you how much of a disappointment you are? Mind you I’m a full self-sustaining adult, with a college degree, and an amazing wfh job, a fiance, and two step kids. My life is full and I am happy. Well. I’m happy when I cut her off and stopped starting my day with negative thoughts forced on me by someone who’s been deeply jealous of me my entire life. 🤷🏼♀️
