Butter Cookies Recipe 🤍 Its melt-in-your-mouth texture and irresistible flavor make these butter cookies a delightful treat 🥰 📝 Ingredients: - 200g all-purpose flour - 125g softened butter - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 100g powdered sugar - A pinch of salt 🤍 Instructions: 1. Begin by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. 3. Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture, and combine until a soft dough forms. 4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow it to firm up. 5. Once chilled, remove the dough from the refrigerator and shape it into small balls. 6. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for spreading during baking. 7. Gently flatten each dough ball with the palm of your hand to create a round cookie shape. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges. 9. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these delicious butter cookies with your favorite hot beverage! 🤍
