@saysdotcom: Firefighting volunteers in South Kalimantan, Indonesia, were moved to tears and prostrated themselves in gratitude as rain arrived after more than 100 days without rainfall. According to the New Straits Times, the volunteers had spent about four months battling forest and land fires near Kaliukan and Sungai Alat villages in Banjar regency. Rain on 25 October helped extinguish fires and improve air quality in Banjarbaru. On 26 October, the city recorded a moderate air-quality reading, with PM2.5 levels at 28.8 micrograms per cubic metre. 🎥: @/banuafyp (Instagram) #SAYSnews
