If you have had a bartholin cyst you know to shower every day with antibacterial soap, change you undies everyday, and try not to wear undies to bed. Worst pain/ experience of my LIIIFE

Change it in the morning when I wake up, and change it in the evening before bed. Way more frequently during my period. Idk how you aren’t getting a diaper rash wearing the same undies for several days.
