@nexity_ai: 🇺🇸🇷🇺🇺🇦 BREAKING: President Donald Trump says a meeting involving Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy could take place very soon as diplomatic efforts to end the war continue. 📅 October 28, 2026 Speaking to reporters early Wednesday after returning from Texas, Trump claimed that significant progress was being made toward resolving the Russia-Ukraine conflict. 🗣️ “There’ll be a meeting set up very soon,” Trump said, referring to Putin and Zelenskyy. The announcement comes as the United States works to restart peace negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv, with additional diplomatic talks expected in November. Ukraine, Russia, and the United States are reportedly preparing for another round of negotiations in Abu Dhabi, potentially laying the groundwork for discussions between the countries’ leaders. ⚠️ Important context: Trump’s statement is confirmed, but no official date, location, or finalized agreement for a meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy has been announced. Neither Moscow nor Kyiv has publicly confirmed that both leaders have agreed to attend such a summit. Major disagreements also remain over territorial control, security guarantees, and the conditions necessary to end the war. A potential meeting would represent a significant diplomatic development, but it would NOT guarantee a ceasefire or peace agreement. 💬 Do you think direct negotiations between Putin and Zelenskyy could bring the war closer to an end?
