Last October 26, 2026, Governor Pamela Baricuatro joined the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) during the land title distribution ceremony at Cebu Normal University (CNU). A total of 1,693 agrarian reform beneficiaries from Cebu and Bohol received land titles covering 1,101.44 hectares, alongside initiatives supporting agricultural productivity and rural livelihoods. In her message, Gov. Pam emphasized that land ownership must go hand in hand with continued agricultural support, disaster preparedness, and food security.
