@lily.kitchen73: 🌱🍞 Homemade Mixed Seed Bread – packed with lovely seeds! No traditional flour, just a delicious combination of seeds for a hearty homemade loaf. 😍 📝 Ingredients: 🎃 50g pumpkin seeds 🌱 50g chia seeds 🌾 50g flaxseeds (linseeds) 🤍 50g sesame seeds 💧 200–250ml water, as needed 🫒 1 tbsp olive oil ✨ 2 tsp baking powder 🧂 ½ tsp salt 🎃 Extra pumpkin seeds for topping 👩‍🍳 Method: Add the pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds and sesame seeds to a blender. Blend until the seeds are finely ground. Add the baking powder, olive oil, salt and water. Mix until you have a thick, well-combined mixture. Leave to rest for 10 minutes so the chia and flaxseeds can absorb the water. Transfer into a small lined loaf tin. Sprinkle extra pumpkin seeds on top. Bake at 180°C for approximately 35–45 minutes, until firm and cooked through. Leave to cool completely before slicing. 💡 Tips: ✔️ Add the water gradually; the mixture should be thick, not runny. ✔️ Allow the bread to cool fully for cleaner slices. ✔️ Perfect with avocado, boiled eggs, cream cheese or smoked salmon. 🥑🍳 ✔️ Toast individual slices for a lovely crisp finish. Crunchy on the outside, tender inside and full of seeds! 🤎 📌 Save this recipe. 💬 Would you try this seed bread? ❤️ Follow for more easy recipes.
