The actual blame is an outdated computer system and political negligence refusing to spend the money updating our high speed rail and instead spending it on prostitutes, luxury apartments and massive illegal comissions through our socialist ministers. Despite this our retarded transport minister says that it our rail is safe and he refuses to resign saying its not his fault, this same man spends 7 hours a day arguing and insulting his own citizens on twitter and just went on a late night talk show laughing and joking about the other train accidents with over 50 dead earlier this year. The president of the state company in charge of our railway is under criminal investigation also for corruption and cronyism and the former socialist transport minister was convicted to 25 years in prison for corruption
