The fact is, this is a game of chess. Where are they going to go? Back to Indonesia with its banana rupiah where they have to pay obscene amounts of bribery? Malaysia where they'll probably get fined heavily as well? Just force them to use machinery to clear the land in an environmental friendly way. It's not like they don't have the money. They're just diabolically greedy. Taking away millions of lives including endangered species and causing hundreds of millions to suffer and get sick all for the sake of money.
