An utterly absurd argument; the only way to get there is to completely ignore the fact that the consumer base where the demand lies doesn’t have ‘sufficient’ capital. Capitalism wants scarcity, that means denying access to those without ‘sufficient’ wealth.

Guy doesn’t understand. Home builders make MORE money on the acreage that holds ‘expensive’ homes than they do on the same average with multiple ‘affordable’ homes, this is a fact, that’s why home builders DON’T build affordable homes if they can build expensive homes on the same location.

profit requires increases in cost in late stage capitalism, it does not reduce cost.
