OK for everyone here 80%. It’s always on the driver side almost every vehicle has it around the same area but if you have a doubt, just google AC evaporator temperature sensor with the year make and model of your car and it’ll tell you exactly where it is for example, on my Corvette C7 it’s in the same type of location except in my case is a little harder to get to it. And yes, this actually does happen even to new cars and about 90% of people do not even change their AC filters in their car in the first place, which is actually a no no you should replace your AC cabin filters. If you guys actually know what they look like if not being replaced you’ll be very surprised. This is not a BS post from TikTok. This is actually real Deal.

Can you tell me why my ac smells like mildew? Got freshy freeze done and they did the more expensive “fix” as well. Nothing helped, still smells like mildew but not as bad.
