in liebe's backstory he was bullied for being weak so clearly he's considered as a low ranking devil but it's also stated that only high level devils posses humanoid forms so maybe he's could have been a high rank but he had no mana so he was considered a low rank

nah wrong info, liebe is from the seventh layer, thus lilith and namaah, and those 2 are the supreme devils of the seventh layer, that's why liebe knows them because seventh layer is the lowest layer for lowest devils, which where liebe is part of

Supreme devil can cross where they want in the underworld because they can possess lower devils you saw when lucifero try to take liebe when he sense that there's a devil outside but their mother sacrifice herself to save liebe and seal in the 5 leaf so no supreme devil can get liebe you can see that in the underworld liebe is being played by the supreme devil the humanoid devil who pick liebe
