@coachjayacedo: Growth starts when you step outside your comfort zone. 🏐🔥 Had a serious talk with my players today about being afraid to make mistakes, trying something new, and staying within their comfort zones. Sabi ko sa kanila, okay lang magkamali. That’s part of learning and improving. Hindi mo malalaman kung hanggang saan ang kaya mo kung lagi kang takot sumubok. As a coach, hindi lang trabaho ko ang i-correct ang mistakes nila. It’s also my responsibility to guide them, challenge them, and help them discover their full potential. I’d rather see my players make mistakes while trying than watch them play safe because they’re afraid to fail. At the end of the day, I’m not just building better athletes.
