@pilates.by.cat: Save for lifted glutes 🍑 I’ve been teaching Pilates for 20 years, and this is one of my favourite beginner glute sequences. Just 15 minutes, four simple movements and no props needed. 🤍 Resting down on your forearm can make it easier to find a neutral pelvis and spine, helping you move into hip extension without arching through your lower back. Try this: ✨ Rainbows x12 ✨ Straight Leg Lift x12 ✨ Lateral Lift x12 ✨ Leg Press x12 🤍 Complete 4 rounds on each side, starting with fewer if needed. Think about reaching long through your leg. Keep both sides of your waist steady without leaning towards the lifting leg. Press firmly through your supporting forearm and knee, keep your pelvis level and find length through the back of your neck. Move slowly with your breath and take a few deep breaths between rounds to reset. To progress, gradually add ankle weights or a resistance band while maintaining that same control. ✨ Save this for your next glute session and follow for classes from a real Pilates instructor. 🤍 #Pilates #BeginnerPilates #GluteWorkout #PilatesAtHome #PilatesEducation
