@daniellegrobman: remember keep it simple stupid (simple meaning: you don't have to be the fanciest-sounding speaker and you can take the extra few seconds to think...) I think something I forgot while trekking on my Spanish language learning journey was that it's ok to pause and search for a word... no one is rushing you. And ironically, practicing this skill in my mother tongue (English) has made it feel more natural to speak in Spanish because the habit is ingrained. So when I find myself in a stressful situation in which I can’t find a Spanish word, I just remember what my @Elevate training taught me: breathe, think, and K.I.S.S!
