I am in an agency. If you join a smaller agency you still need to have realistic expectations. Smaller agencies don't have the resources to do big gifts all the time. I have never had any issues with the one I am in, but they are very close in the one I am in. It has mandatory agency calls and we have an active Discord. Can you count on them for 100 percent support-no you still have to network outside the agency but they are good if you need them to recover an account or fight violations like I just had. I posted a breast cancer awareness video that Tiktok flagged and said it was against policy because it showed my skin and scar. The violation was removed and when I posted a similar video it was left up.

Creator networks are very helpful if you are involved and do trainings and our interested in growing. If you're not interested in doing anything like that, then creator networks are not going to help you at all

Agencies are free. Never join one you have to pay. Never join one that promises big gifts all the time. Most agencies have incentives if you hit milestones, but they don’t just throw big stuff. Agencies are like insurance. If you get a false ban, violation, or restriction they can help you. They can give you tips and tricks to help you.

I have no clue still trying to figure everything out. I have a lot of creators pop on my fyp telling me do this do that but I have had no luck. I do believe consistency is key. creators also say stick to one niche. but I have several niches so I just don't know

Yes, stay away from the agencies to tell you you join us and you’ll get a bid prize once a month or a big prize for joining or anything like that you don’t want to be a part of those type of agencies. Be real careful on who you pick watch these agencies for a while with their creators and what goes on and how they treat everybody and how happy these creators are with that agency and that’s the one that you probably wanna get involved in they help they’ll have your back they’ll teach you and they’ll encourage you. The only one that comes to mind with me is touché agency.

Agencies are hit or miss. I was friends with my manager before I joined the agency and he didn’t even attempt to recruit me right away. An agency should never ask you for money or any super personal details. Don’t trust them if they’re offering to send you big gifts all the time. And if any are trying to recruit you, ask questions. Am I expected to go live for any certain number of hours per week? Am I expected to make some any certain number of diamonds per week or a month? What kind of resources are you able to help me with so that I can grow my channel and my community? If they’re not able to answer your questions, they’re not worth your time. If they don’t have resources that are of any used to you then they are not worth your time. And if they’re super pushy, even after you are either telling them though or trying to ask questions that’s a red flag.

Its a minefield. a lot of the ones who contact without you speaking to them first are scammy / rubbish. but there are amazing ones too. mine are a massive help. speak to other creators, ask for their feedback about their agencies and join one that fits your vibe after hearing from creators who have dealt with them.

Hey buddy run my own agency and none should ever ask you to pay, if they do block immediately, benefits of an agency is we work closely with TikTok for account protection and offer things such as campaigns, monthly incentives and other things with in the agency as well

The ones that ask for money to provide support is a big red flag, we don’t ask for payment we provide the support for free as we get paid by TikTok, so any diamonds you earn are 100% yours, the other red flag is they will send you a big gift to join they won’t, joining one is free real ones know there are no hidden agendas or fees we are not money motivated, we provide education and support and network opportunities, and so much more there’s no drama. What I would recommend is research, and ask questions. The true ones offer a 15 day cooling off period where you can quit without hold, us at rare and many others if after that point you feel it’s not for you we can release you if needed just have a conversation with your manager hope that helps x
