@zaureshspiritual: 🙏 Your Higher Self isn’t somewhere far away in another dimension. It is your true nature, your consciousness beyond your personality, thoughts, fears, and habitual programming. And to connect with your Higher Self, you don’t need to search for that connection outside yourself. You need to learn how to bring your attention back within. Try this simple practice. 1. Close your eyes and shift your attention from your head down into your belly. Feel your body and allow your thoughts to pass freely without getting caught up in them. 2. Stop identifying with your thoughts and emotions. Recognize this: if you can observe a thought, then you are not the thought itself. You are the one observing it. 3. Feel the space of inner silence. Don’t try to receive an answer, see an image, or hear a voice. Simply be present. 4. From this state, ask yourself: “What do I truly need to become aware of right now?” Then release any expectations of receiving an answer. 5. Remain in the state of the observer for a few minutes. Notice any sensations, thoughts, and inner responses without trying to interpret them immediately. ✨ You are not just the character experiencing life on Earth. You are the consciousness observing that experience. ❤️ Save this practice and follow to explore your true nature on a deeper level. #energy #universe #spirituality #enlightenment #awakening
