@natasha.badger: The next biggest trend in the creator economy: creators are finally getting hired, not fired 👀 In the past two months, Alexis Barber joined YouPop, Brandon joined Sprout Social, Grace Tully joined Ande, and I joined Archive. All in fractional roles. And I think this is just the beginning of a much bigger shift in the creator economy. Companies are realizing that creators bring SO much more to the table than just an audience. We bring industry knowledge, relationships, a unique POV, and for many of us, years of experience actually operating inside businesses. For brands, it’s access to insider knowledge and networks. For creators, it’s consistent income, professional growth, and the freedom to keep building our own platforms. It’s a win-win, and I’m calling it now: every tech company is going to want a creator-in-residence by this time next year. Funny how we went from companies firing people for creating content to hiring them specifically for it 🤭 #CreatorEconomy #CreatorInResidence #FractionalMarketing #ContentCreators #MarketingCareers
