@mothershipsg: A 7-vehicle accident occurred at the junction of Jurong East Central and Boon Lay Way on Oct. 26, resulting in 3 people being taken to the hospital. The accident involved 5 cars, a Service 99 bus operated by SBS Transit, and a tipper truck, the police shared in response to Mothership's queries. SBS Transit spokesperson Grace Wu shared that the bus was stationary at a red traffic light at the junction of Boon Lay Way when a car collided with its right side. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it conveyed a 78-year-old male car driver, a 36-year-old female car driver, and a 76-year-old female passenger to the hospital while they were conscious. The police said that a 29-year-old male car driver is assisting with ongoing investigations. #mothershipnews
