With this change I am a bit more likely to invest in S&S ISA in part duecto reduced complexity, although I already have a DC pension which is really just another kind of investment account.

I have only previously invested in cash isas. it's money I can't afford to loose. From this year I'll be contributing to S&S isas

They need to teach economics in schools as a mandatory subject and get rid of useless things like drama and art. I didn't have a scooby doo about anything to do with money until I took economics at A-levels, which is an education that most people don't have
