We've been taught that eating LESS automatically means being HEALTHIER. Less fat. Less carbs. Less calories. But what happens when your body isn't getting enough of what it actually NEEDS? Your hair starts falling out. Your sleep becomes AWFUL. Your cravings are OUT OF CONTROL. You're constantly exhausted. And somehow, you think you need to restrict your food even MORE. THIS is something I see with clients who have spent years following restrictive diets. When we're consistently depriving our bodies of essential nutrients and enough energy, our bodies WILL let us know. Sometimes the symptoms start as a soft whisper. And when we continue ignoring them, they can become IMPOSSIBLE to ignore. Here's something I want more women to understand: Carbs are NOT the enemy. Fats are NOT the enemy. And eating enough food is NOT something you should feel guilty about. Your body NEEDS adequate protein, carbohydrates, and fats to support your hormones, metabolism, energy, and overall health. Hair loss, poor sleep, and intense cravings can have several underlying causes, but inadequate nutrition is one that should NOT be overlooked. And whatever your health goals may be, you shouldn't have to sacrifice your well-being to reach them. No macronutrient needs to be demonized. Reaching your goals while properly nourishing your body is not only possible, but it can also be much more sustainable AND enjoyable! If you've spent years restricting food, struggling with cravings, exhaustion, or hormonal symptoms, it's time to look at what your body actually needs. 🌸 Apply to work 1:1 with me through the link in my bio, and let's get to the ROOT of your symptoms while learning how to nourish your body properly! #undereating #restrictivedieting #nutrientdeficiency #hairloss #nutritiontips
