well there has to be a certain conditions I would have to know the rules and also you're not mentioning what the medical procedures are and benefits are and insurances are because what if someone who's disabled wants to live on there for 3 years and they have to have medical help every single day you're not being very specific with everything

No windows. Inside cabin! For three years. Sounds claustrophobic!!. 3 yr commitment mandatory. Nearly 100k. And a window/ balcony option = $175k a year. 🤷♀️IDK. 3 yr commitment mandatory commitment. What if you decide after a few months, you don’t like it you’re stuck paying for three years.
