@littleshopofoliveoils: ❤️ Baked Raspberry Brie Puffs 🧀 Flaky puff pastry + melty Brie + sweet raspberry = a little bite of happiness. 😉 These beauties look fancy enough for a party, but they’re surprisingly easy to make! You’ll need: 🥐 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 🧀 8 oz Brie, cut into 12 pieces ❤️ ⅓ cup raspberry preserves 🥚 1 egg + 1 tbsp water 🍇 Raspberry Dark Balsamic, for drizzling 🌿 Fresh rosemary or thyme, optional Let’s make them! Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and place in a greased mini muffin pan. Add a piece of Brie + a spoonful of raspberry preserves to each. Fold the pastry corners slightly toward the center and brush with egg wash. Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden. Let cool slightly, then drizzle with Raspberry Dark Balsamic and garnish with fresh herbs.
