The customer stated wrong item ok but the delivery driver showing up not only to confront the customer but to go in person is so weird it’s like make the complaint with the app but it’s crazy to go confront the customer but if the customer didn’t want the item nor approved it was the person who did the order that’s why I never ever allow replacement but I see both views of both sides but customer wrong for lying about not receiving order but as the driver she should have not gone there to confront customer because she’s at jeopardy of losing her job for this
