I had an awful sinus-like headache near my third eye that wouldn’t go away for three days. I felt like I “passed” a lot of tests the day before, and positive things keep coming my way, like I was in some loop and I didn’t have the right solution to get out.

its been a bit of a roller coaster 🎢 headaches ✔️groggy ✔️low/no motivation ✔️hip/low back pain ✔️guilt and shame ✔️eye burning & irritation ✔️On the other hand I have been having a lot of conversations with myself about what's going on trying to work through it. I definitely need to ground, but I'm experiencing strong task avoidance in regards to the thing I need to do... like I'm not capable or it isnt worth the effort. I need a push in the right direction. 😔
