Fontes: documentação do PostgreSQL 16 ("Connections and Authentication", "How Connections Are Established"); documentação do node-postgres ("Pooling", "Pool"); HikariCP; PgBouncer. #desenvolvedor #softwaredevelopment #database #systemdesign #programação #backend #tecnologia
Things I’ve done that have personally worked for me: 1. Somatic healing - creating safety in my body and nervous system, which has been in survival / danger mode for years. Identifying and rewiring my protector parts, i.e perfectionism, people pleasing, over achieving. Doing somatic practices daily (vidoes of these on my page) 2. Brain retraining - using the principles of neuroplasticity and the mind-body connection to turn off the danger overdrive switch in the subconscious brain. This is more physiological and nuanced than just ‘positive thinking’! 3. Perrin technique osteopathy (this has been supplementary, not fundamental in my opinion) Resources I recommend: - Raelan Aegle youtube channel -CFS Recovery youtube channel -The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van der Kolk -When the Body Says No by Gabor Mate -Breaking Free by Jan Rothney -Unlearn your Pain by Howard Schubiner -No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz #chronicfatiguesyndrome #mecfs #HealingJourney #HealingJourney #longcovid

We went to Marrakech and found a Jewish cemetery that's been guarded by the same Muslim family for over 40 years. But looking after 20,000 Jewish graves is not easy, especially when all the headstones are written in Hebrew. So, not only did the family keep the cemetery safe and secure, but they even taught themselves Hebrew to communicate with its visitors! Though the Jewish community in Marrakesh has been reduced to only 200 people, this story is a perfect example of the mutual trust and respect that still exists between the two communities. #marrakech #muslim #jewish #fy
