I’m not a lawyer. You cannot file bankruptcy on student loans. Student loans can be paid with credit cards. Bankruptcy filings allow for discharge of credit card debt. In far less than 10 yrs you can rebuild your credit back to perfect. 10 yrs is less time than it will take to pay most of these loans. This isn’t legal advice, just a list of stuff I’ve learned
