@winningstride: October 28, 2000. Watch the final stretch as Chichim, ridden by Laffit Pincay Jr., rallies from behind and holds off Dusty Heather by a neck at Santa Anita Park! This was no ordinary victory. It marked Pincay’s historic 9,000th career win, making him the first jockey in Thoroughbred racing history to reach that milestone. A moment in racing history worth watching! #winningstride #EveryStrideTellsAStory #LaffitPincayJr #HorseRacing #ThoroughbredRacing
