I just saw a study saying that these release microscopic nanoparticles into the air that get into your lungs and bronchi and potentially cause lots of health problems. I'm all freaked out because I've been using them for years! 😳

Don't do it. It's horrible for the environment. And it's very bad for you. If you do use them use gloves, and rinse the surface well that you had just cleaned with it.
