@mycozybakesbyabyz: Christmas Sugar Cookies 🎄✨ 170g (3/4c) melted butter 100g (1/2c) white granulated sugar 100g (1/2c) light brown sugar 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla 240g (2c) all purpose flour 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup christmas sprinkles For rolling: 50g (1/4 cup) white sugar for rolling 1/4 cup christmas sprinkles 1. Mix melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. 2. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix until combined. 3. Fold in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms. 4. Gently fold in sprinkles. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. 5. Once ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 6. Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop (mine is about 3 tbsp in size) , roll the cookie dough in white sugar (and sprinkles if you want), then place on lined baking tray. Press the cookie with your palms to flatten a little. 7. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. #christmasbaking #christmastiktok #christmascookies #christmasdessert
