If she needs the entire house for her growing family then she can buy you out of your half. I understand wanting the more space, but you can’t just take over majority of the house’s space when you aren’t the full owner of the home if the other person doesn’t agree. Especially when you already offered a compromise. Can’t have it all.

The sister and boyfriend need to find somewhere else to live....or just accept what the options are that's available. The boyfriend family don't need a room to visit cause it's not his house. I hope he's paying rent, if not he needs to leave.

NTA. The sisyer needs to change how she is treating you. She needs to buy you out or sell and spit the money. Or you can buy her out. The boyfriend needs to be quiet. He doesn't own anything. Otherwise the guestroom for the baby.

She wants three rooms— bedroom, a nursery, and a guest room. They either have the master & guest room OR they have all three rooms other than master. Whether you have kids, a partner, you own half the house. Shut them down sh*ting on your lifestyle. You don’t tell them how crazy it is to bring a kid into a world on fire with a crashing economy. It’s actually very generous to let her have all three other rooms.
