My son and I moved here nine months ago. It was 115° all summer just be prepared for the severe heat in the summer and I hope you do amazing here. There’s a lot of people just in Phoenix. Everybody seems very nice here. I plan on moving back to the East Coast. I like to have seasons the summer was exhausting.. I think your family will love it here and your business will do amazing

we moved here from northern Virginia in 2010. Kids graduated from ASU. the summers are indeed brutal, budget for double electric bills for 3 to 4 months in the summer then enjoy the rest of the year. people are nicer than New Yorkers here but just not as nice as Texans.
