@lilydavyy: This creamy Boursin orzo with sausages with packed w so much flavor, such an easy weeknight dinner! In your pot, sautee 1 shallot, 2-3 celery, and 1 large carrot. Add in 3 diced sun dried tomatoes, and 2 tbs garlic. Next add your spices: 2 tsp of the following: salt, garlic powder, herbs de Provence, basil, paprika, all purpose seasoning. Once sautéed, add in 1 lb orzo. Mix, and add your boudin cheese and 4 cups of chicken broth. Let it cook in oven at 350 for about 25 min, or boil on stove. Meanwhile, dice 4 sausages and sautee. After pasta is cooked, add your sausages, a splash of chicken broth if needed, 1/2 cup heavy cream, handful of spinach, and 1/2 cups grated Parmesan. season with all the seasoning above if needs more!
