If you read the instructions the machine will work properly!!! People are negligent.

This product has been known to have this problem for a long time so I don’t understand why it’s still on shelves and why people are still buying it. These machines can also grow unseen mold due to trapped moisture. Genuinely don’t understand why people think it’s hard to just scoop formula the old fashioned safe way.

being a mom with teens I have learned from watching all these videos that sometimes the old ways we had were the best just to make the bottles yourself I know we all love convince but sometimes the consequences of the convince isn't worth it. I'm so sorry your dealing with this I'm sorry for all the baby's whom have suffered from this.

You have to do multiple tests in a row. it doesn't screw up on every bottle but every couple of bottles. or at least that was my experience with issue in 2020

Hi,
Thanks for sharing! Three quick things to check for anyone concerned about accuracy:
1) Using a plastic bag or think saran wrap is not accurate- it can block the funnel and affect results. Instead, use thin plastic wrap. Placing plastic wrap between the funnel and its cover improves accuracy—but this method is only reliable when testing 2oz or less. Any larger amount won’t fit properly, as there isn’t enough space within the plastic-wrapped funnel to accommodate all of the formula.
2) The funnel should be cleaned and fully dried every 4 bottles.
3) Double check you’re using the correct formula setting for your specific brand (Formulas all behave a little differently, and we test them all constantly to ensure the settings are correct for each)
We know there’s a lot of info out there, and not all of it’s right. If you want the full breakdown and correct way to perform accuracy testing, head to formulaproinfo.com. Our customer care team is available 7 days a week to assist with any questions or concerns.
