Lately, every time I do my hair at home I end up in PEM- days in bed, flu like, and feeling like I’ve regressed. Hair days take me out- guarantees. I know so many girls with chronic illness say the same about hair days. Since I just started driving again, I decided to go on one of the days they do their blow dry discounted ( Mon or Tue ) , to see if I avoid PEM or if driving and leaving home, and an overstimulating salon would throw me into PEM. So… my @visible.health clearly shows it was a smart plan. I used less pace points. I did NOT end up in PEM ! I felt good the next day, and my hair looked amazing. I will say- I struggled with the noise level and the smells , but they got me in and out in 30 min, so I did not have a melt down. This was my own little experiment 🧪 It can be expensive to do this all the time , but for this day I felt amazing , I loved the result, I learned it’s a smart back up option.
