@alexfighealth: No gatekeeping here so let me let you know 🫶🏼 1. You find yourself raiding the pantry at night. When you survive on 1,200 calories during the day, your body gets desperate for quick energy the second you sit down. You are genuinely hungry because you undereate all day. 2. You wake up exhausted even after sleeping eight hours. When you only get 70g of protein, you do not have enough fuel to rebuild while you rest. You cannot expect steady energy when your tank is completely empty. 3. You feel freezing cold when everyone else is comfortable. When you eat too little food, your body has to save its warmth just to keep the basics running. Eating regular meals is what actually keeps you warm. 4. You hit a wall at 3 PM and cannot focus. Skipping breakfast and trying to power through on coffee leaves you running on fumes. You need real food earlier in the day to stay sharp. 5. You stay sore for days after an easy workout. You need enough food to bounce back after you train. Without daily fuel, your body simply cannot recover before your next gym session. 6. You feel constantly bloated and backed up. When you eat tiny amounts, your body holds onto everything instead of letting things move. Eating enough food is what actually keeps things moving smoothly. If you're new here, hi! I'm Alex ❤️ I help women rebuild their metabolism and heal their relationship with food. If you are ready to stop undereating and want to join the waitlist for my Grow and Glow app, send me a DM with the word “GLOW” #protein #highprotein #nutrition #workouts

I said dietitian to be I don’t think this is quite accurate. Maybe you’re referring to food and caloric needs in general… research shows most active people wouldn’t need more than 1g per 1.1 kg of body weight.
