My grandfather was an electrician. He got really aggressive lung cancer and alzheimers at the same time. We've always thought the lung cancer was due to asbestos, but maybe the alzheimers was too.

My brother in law lost his sense of smell a few years ago then he needed a hearing aid and he was diagnosed with Alzheimers two years ago.
