That’s super weird to have that many doctors involved. I believe mom just had an ENT surgeon for her thyroid removal and then follow-ups with an oncologist to ensure she stayed cancer free. She just got her letter saying the Oncologist gave her a clean bill of health and to have her thyroid checked by her family doctor yearly for any new bumps just in case.

my grandfather had energy like your dad. when i have to do hard things, i think of him and talk to him like he’s next to me. he makes me feel stronger and more brave, even though he’s not here with me anymore. it’s absolutely okay to cry and complain because f*ck cancer and f*ck our for profit medical system, but then you’ve gotta show those babies how we pick ourselves up and we keep going. you’ve got this 💟

Im sat in the middle of a medical negligence lawsuit. It happens. We are that one that slips through. Through time it gets easier I promise. You’ll probably never get an apology, it’s been 5 years and I still haven’t. But you can use this to push for better care.
