I think the Cheesecake Factory food is trash. I tried it this year 3 times and the food was mid. I really only go there to buy the Cheesecake.

I was making $2.13 in restaurants in 2010… federal minimum wage went up to $7.25 when I started working as a teenager and is still the same… I’m about to be 40…

For a radical reading on the restaurant biz people should check out the book Abolish Work (Abolish Restaurants). It argues that the restaurant industry is a relatively new historical phenomenon and how there could be much more humane ways of feeding ourselves collectively without the horrible exploitative capitalist business aspect attached to food production.
