980 which is the highest as well with no other depts. it is also a dept that should not have wver existed due to a technicality that they knew about but still proceeded with anyways. Knowing they were the reasons for me being out of the right state of mind when the accident had occurred due to their psychological mental abuse prior which persisted up to the present day.
