yall need to learn to love yourselves. this is coming from an autistic whos been bullied and isolated throughout my life. STOP caring what other people think of you and find people who love you for who you are. just stop it. you were born to live for yourself, not to make everyone else happy. it doesnt matter how much you try to fit in, you wont, so be yourself and find those who accept you. i know its not easy. i know its extremely difficult to change your self-hatred. but even if you manage to "fit in", you STILL wont be happy because you know you arent free to be yourself.

I hate how ADHD and autism have just become the "quirk chungus" disorder and any attempt to tear down the horrific misconceptions are just met with "it's not that deep" I am ashamed whenever I talk about how my ADHD has stunted me socially because everyone just sees it as a "quirky fidget toy" lazy disorder. I'm honestly convinced most people don't see it as a disorder anymore
