I don’t understand getting your kids to drink sugary drinks and using so much creamer. Milk is great. Coffee w milk. Fine Sugary fake flavored coffee milk is a bad enough habit for adults why start them now?

As a 25 year old that was diagnosed with ADD when I was in elementary school, yes coffee does help us relax and or help us focus better ◡̈ heck, I just had a cup about 30 minutes ago and I’m ready for a nap😅

Sometimes stimulants have an adverse effect on hyper children and the elderly. I work in Longterm care and I’ve had elders that sleep a lot that had Ritalin prescribed to make them more alert.

Yep I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD and my grandmother was a nurse, she would give me a cup of regular coffee everyday and it help me chill for morning school!

please do not ever force a child to drink milk if he or she does not want it. some people who were within my childhood di this to me and it would cause my stomach to hurt so bad and caused me to feel as if there was something wrong with me. I ended up going to therapy over it and then found out - I was lactose and tolerant. I've also always been vegetarian.
