The allergies one is actually highly useful in restaurants, albeit such a long list can be tricky to compensate for. Never as annoying as the person who has those allergies tho.

As someone who works in a restaurant the person with that kind of allergy list should just bring his/her own food at that point. the kitchen staff would gladly just warm it up for them.
