@michaelphillips991: 🌪️MIDWEST TORNADOES TODAY🌪️ -TORCON 4 today in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This means a medium risk for tornadoes in spots like Minneapolis and Rice Lake. Storms begin by late afternoon and hit the Twin Cities through the evening. Have a safe shelter to be in when these storms arrive. Outside of tornadoes, expect straight line winds to gust 60+mph and some tree damage and spotty power outages. TORCON is a 1-10 scale that rates your tornado risk. 1 = minimal 10 = extreme.
