I don't have access to a OCD specialist right now but I do have a regular therapist, who doesn't specialize in OCD and he made me very aware of that lol. The way we go about this situation is a question answer situation. I love to education on this condition so when he gives advice or wants to understand a situation I tell him how OCD people will interrupt the advice and change it in there own way, or how we need to go about ERP and with this we will discuss a different game plan based around the OCD process to help, + working on stressors and trauma to help relieve some stresses to make the focus of OCD recover more feasible.

yes! so greatful i had a talk therapist be able to recognize it was ocd and refer me to an erp specialist
