City civil protection officials reported water up to 50 cm deep on streets in the Benito Juárez borough, 40 cm on the Circuito Interior in Cuauhtémoc, and 35 cm on Periférico Norte, which was closed to traffic. Water entered four buildings, and restaurants in Condesa were flooded. Officials raised Benito Juárez to the city's highest alert, with orange and yellow alerts across other boroughs, and warned of possible hail.
